Why does the seller matter?
The seller decides whether you get the labeled product, how it was stored, whether the refund applies and which formula you receive. Each of these is out of your view with an unknown seller.
Authenticity
The vendor label lists 100 mg inulin, a 20 mg probiotic blend of L. paracasei, L. reuteri and B. lactis BL-04 with 3.5 billion CFU, and 20 mg Streptococcus salivarius in 30 strawberry soft tablets[2]. A bottle from anyone else should match that line for line.
Storage
The label states the 3.5 billion CFU count "at the time of manufacture," not through the expiry date. Live bacteria counts depend on age and handling, and a reseller's storeroom is out of your view.
Refund eligibility
The 60-day guarantee runs through the vendor and ClickBank. The refund steps ask for your order details and packing slip, which a marketplace order would not include from the vendor[3].
Current formula
The sales page already disagrees with the label: it promotes malic acid that is not on the label and never mentions S. salivarius. A reseller photo could show an older or copied label, so compare it with the vendor's label image. Our ProDentim ingredients page lists every item.
How do you verify a seller before paying?
Verify a ProDentim seller with four checks before you enter card details: the checkout platform, the card descriptor, the label and the refund contact. If any of them fails, close the page.
Does the checkout run on ClickBank?

The clearest red flags are prices and ratings that do not match the vendor page, and pages that hide who is selling. Watch for these:
- Star ratings such as "5.0 / 11450 Reviews" with no platform named.
- Banners such as "70% OFF" that the vendor page does not show.
- Per-bottle prices outside the vendor's $69, $59 and $49 tiers, checked October 19, 2026.
- No seller name, no address and no refund contact.
- A page presenting itself as the maker that sends you to a checkout other than ClickBank.
- Photos of a label that lists different ingredients or amounts.

Save the four items a refund depends on: your receipt, your card descriptor, your tracking record and a photo of the label. The vendor's 60-day window starts at delivery, so the delivery date matters.
- The order email with the order ID from ClickBank.
- The statement line showing CLKBANK*ProDentim and the amount.
- The tracking number and the delivery date.
- A photo of the label and the batch or lot number, plus the packing slip, which the refund page asks you to return.
Keep the empty bottles too, because the refund page asks for all of them back[3].
